1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Voice of Paradise ("the Service", "our platform", "we", "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the service, including visitors, customers, and content contributors accessing our Balinese entertainment booking platform.

2. Description of Services

Voice of Paradise is an online platform specializing in Balinese cultural entertainment, allowing users to discover, book, and attend traditional shows, dance performances, and cultural events in Bali, Indonesia. Our services include:

• Traditional Balinese show discovery and information
• Online booking and digital ticket purchasing
• Secure payment processing
• Digital ticket delivery via email and mobile app
• Customer reviews and ratings system
• Account management and booking history
• 24/7 customer support
• Flexible rescheduling options

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

To make bookings on our platform, you must create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not create multiple accounts or share your account with others

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Minors may use the service with parental consent and supervision.

4. Booking and Payment

4.1 Booking Process

When you make a booking through Voice of Paradise, you are entering into a contract with the show organizer or venue. We act as an intermediary to facilitate your booking and payment.

4.2 Payment Terms

• All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and US Dollars (USD)
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and local payment methods
• All transactions are processed using bank-level security encryption
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment

4.3 Pricing and Fees

Ticket prices include all applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

5. Digital Tickets

5.1 Ticket Delivery

Digital tickets are delivered instantly to your registered email address and are accessible through your account dashboard.

5.2 Ticket Usage

• Present your digital ticket (on mobile device or printed) at the venue
• Each ticket contains a unique QR code for verification
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Screenshots or copies of tickets may not be accepted
• Lost or deleted tickets can be resent through your account

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Customer Cancellations

• More than 24 hours before show: Full refund minus processing fees
• Less than 24 hours before show: 50% refund
• Day of show: No refund available
• Emergency situations: Case-by-case consideration

6.2 Event Cancellations

If a show is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date. We are not responsible for additional costs such as travel or accommodation.

6.3 Rescheduling

Subject to availability, bookings may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the show time. Rescheduling fees may apply.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations in Indonesia or your jurisdiction
• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading reviews
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Use automated systems to access or interact with the service
• Resell tickets without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

The Voice of Paradise platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us and protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Cultural performances and traditional art forms remain the intellectual property of their respective communities and artists.

9. Limitation of Liability

Voice of Paradise acts as an intermediary between customers and show organizers. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of shows or venues
• The accuracy of show information provided by organizers
• Any injuries, damages, or losses occurring at venues
• Weather-related cancellations or delays
• Transportation or accommodation issues

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for tickets, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
